Text Box: For a taste of heaven in the mountains, visit Amelia’s Restaurant in Canaan Valley. Amelia’s Restaurant is dedicated to the memory of Amelia Earhart, one of the world’s first female pilots. Amelia’s is the only restaurant in West Virginia that can boast its own airstrip and resort community. Pilots can fly in for a delicious multiple course meal or a quick “hundred dollar burger.”   Amelia’s Restaurant is not limited to pilots. With its beautiful views of the valley and famous homemade cuisine, it is quickly becoming a local favorite. The restaurant offers a full menu for breakfast, lunch, & dinner.
